But the quality these aren’t the best games available a lot of games you most likely won’t play. Xbox in general needs better exclusives even though exclusives are ridiculous.

If the glass on your 1000 gaming pc comes broken, fix it yourself. I promise they will have you living a nightmare if you send it back. So because mine came broken and I didn't know better I sent it back. They cancelled my replacement without telling me. Then told me that I sent them the wrong product and refused to give me back my thousand dollars. For 2 weeks I had to live with not knowing the outcome of the Best buy situation. I'll never ever give them a cent of mine

The PC itself had cables that were connected in ports incorrectly and not seated correctly as well as didn’t take off plastic on thermal pad where SSD goes. I’m pretty sure they may have not even put on a thermal paste in between the AIO and the CPU but to be honest with you, I am not taking that apart. Oh yeah, the ram modules are busted as well. Came faulty, crashes my system every hour returning this PC.

Only reason I have waited so long is because best buy is close by and i like having a physical place to take the pc if i needed help with anything. (Have never owned a pc before) all customers services say i have to wait.. zero stars for value... I have no pc. Zero for quality.. what is there to judge Zero for ease of use... cant be used

I didn't receive the email with the instructions to redeem this item. I asked tonight at a Best Buy store and no one couldn't help me with this matter. The purchase was on Jun 28, 2024
