Very disappointed

By July 2024, the DC power supply stopped working. I had to pay for a power supply replacement at Best Buy. By August 2025, the computer stopped working. I had to pay $99 to Best Buy for diagnostics. Turning out the motherboard is dead. Honestly I don’t think I will ever buy any computer at Best Buy again. I won’t buy any HP computers again. I am very disappointed in both HP and Best Buy. By the way I tried to contact HP customer service but it went no where.

XBOX Pass

A free XBox pass is included but I did not want to submit my credit card information. I didn't know that in order to use the game pass, I would have to submit a payment type and info. Best wishes to others that would have.

It's nice to have access to a bunch of games, but most of them aren't heavy hitters and I've already gotten the games that I love so it'd be best for those with very few games to begin with.

This is just an attempt to lure people into tacking on another subscription-based ecosystem with crazy pricing. MS employees don't even pay 1/2 the price - so it is almost all markup. Hard pass.
