used to be a great service, then they price went from 15 dollars to 45ish or something else ridiculous. Microsoft is out of their dang minds. just buy your games on steam.

The 1 month pass came with my new cell phone, but I don't play Xbox games, so I never used it.

The verbiage is not clear in the fact that you can only use this is you don't have game pass already. It's completely useless for the majority of people who are persuaded to buy the phone and get a free month of game pass included in a $1400 purchase... This is not the case. And this is clearly a misleading "favor" for the customer. When you buy a brand new a 25 ultra 512 gig and get Shafted on a $20 value, that really shows the customer how much they are appreciated. I used to get a fast charge block, earbuds and a cable longer than 2 feet.

Unnecessary free "gift" since I don't have an XBox or play a gaming system. Wish I could've gotten another free "gift" offer to redeem.

This phone has always had bluetooth problems. During calls, there is static through my hearing aids and when connected to my roku devices, it often loses connection. I also has screen issues from time to time where it does not type what I have typed and some keyboard keys are unusable. I have to reboot to regain the keyboard function. I have already had it back to Samsung once and they replaced the motherboard but there are still many of the same issues. They also deny any bluetooth issues but I have two sets of hearing aids and have the same problems with both sets. My phone calls were clear as a bell on my old phone and still are. I would have returned this phone within the 1st 2 weeks, but Best Buy charges an exuberant restocking fee if you return it. I am highly disappointed with Samsung and will never buy another phone at Best Buy.
