not very happy about best buy due to the fact that i paid just about $400 for a laptop that got delivered but not recieved. I was told as I was purchasing the item that if i were to purchse it that day i would recieve it by 9pm that day it was around 9am when i purchased it and anticipated it should be to my house by 9pm for sure. Unfortunately went about my day and apparently it came no more than an hour after I had purchased it . Therefore by the time i got home in the evening someone had already taken it from my front yard where it was placed by the mail deliver. I called best buy at first they had reordered me one i then checked on it after a couple of days and it was out to be delivered sadly it never arrived they ended up lying to me saying that they ended up determining i don't qualify and that was that never did they transfer me to anyone higher level or department without any explanation at all every single time i called
