It’s an insensitive to purchase a product but if you already have a gamepass you can’t use it to add to your existing account. This should be in bold print somewhere.

Contact us at Microsoft Support. If a free 30 day membership is part of the purchase it should work. I have used Digital Codes millions of times, and they all work from different sites. I can never get digital codes to work from BestBuy. Please fix issue.
