||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.gamepass... good value for money? this is the precedent that they want to set... that they have been hoping for for decades... you pay MONTHLY for content that you never own... in actual fact you have never actually owned ANY of the media/content you have purchased... but because the only 'transmission' medium has been physical media for decades... now that digital is viable, we will NEVER 'own' anything again. i'm old-school... i want control of my media. $30+ per month for games i can't play after i cancel my subscription? no thanks. a lot of the games on game pass can provide MONTHS of enjoyment, and you can buy those games during holiday sales for <$30. AND OWN THEM FOREVER. $30+ per moneth? **** that. eventually they will just stop selling game outright and ONLY offer them on subscription/game pass. RECURRING REVENUE IS THE AVARICIOUS INTENT OF EVERY CORPORATION. online-play should now and ALWAYS should have been free. game pass can **** off. at ~$15 per month MAYBE you could justify it. at~$30... **** that. VIVA LA REVOLUCION!!!
