    For being in beta mode, we are still testing the system. The platform has some issues with high demand games and sometimes it lags for the connection. In general, I hope to see the evolution in the next few months.

    I had to cancel the membership 4 days after setting it up Microsoft billed me instead of giving me a free month! Extremely upset I couldn’t get ahold of any rep to request a refund had to cancel my debit card and everything. I didn’t even bother cashing in any of the other free trials this was a huge inconvenience!

    Why was this being forced along with my purchase of another item? This is just an attempt to lure people into tacking on another subscription-based ecosystem with crazy pricing. MS employees don't even pay 1/2 the price - so it is almost all markup. Hard pass.
