I used to rate it a 4/5 until they stopped giving monthly games for free. Now it's just a rental service with online play. Stock up when it goes on sale.

BestBuy seems to include this one month trial with laptops to say it's a "bundle" so if you buy the BestBuy Plus Membership and your laptop lowers its price, they won't apply PriceMatch. Scam

Annoying, frustrating with EA Play

I've had issues where the game crashes because EA Play app crashes because my internet connection goes out. The game was 47GB to download and requires an internet connection to access, even though it's installed locally. Why? I'm not trying to steal anything. Fairly unpleasant experience so far. I wanted to buy a controller to use with this subscription. But after using this service for less than a week, I'm extremely frustrated with it.

I can't recommend avoiding it enough now that they've raised the price. Free trial is fine but the service itself is awful
