Worthless card and terrible customer service

I tried redeeming this per the directions at the Microsoft Store and received an error message saying the code was expired. Tried again through the Xbox site and received another error message say the code wasn't activated yet. I called the customer service number and was transferred to 3 different people too try to get this resolved. At the end I was told I would receive a new code via email within a few days. Two weeks later and I have yet to receive a new code. Not the kind of treatment one world expect. Especially being a My Best Buy Total member.

One problem and useless support

Bought to use as a emergency backup phone and to use as a hotspot giving me extra high speed data. Worked fine, except for any device that tries to VPN through it. My Kindle won't work through it at all. My laptop, primary phone and tablet, can all get basic Internet connection, but as soon as they try to establish a secure VPN connection it fails. Level 1,2&3 tech support totally unhelpful. Returning or selling phone.
