    Game pass ultimate is great. The ability for backwards. Compatibility and lots of smaller name games, some major titles ,and quite a few first party releases it's honestly a must have for Xbox gamers. While in comparison to PlayStation Plus Premium (which I do also own) I feel it is better overall i do feel it is still lacking in the "big name" games department and I hope to see Xbox add some more "attractive" games to pull more people into this sub service.
