Laptop is still under warranty. expired Webroot pops up to renew frustrating number of times. No matter what you do you cant remove Webroot. Best buy want me to join paid membership by paying 179.99 dollars only then they will remove Webroot. so you have to pay for not using something. Weird and strange pathetic business practice. If I try contacting Webroot customer care it sends to best buy customer care. So Webroot and best buy are same party forcing customer to use Webroot. Asus customer care there is no way you can easily connect. Best buy tells their responsibility over after laptop sold contact ASUS for any issues. And guess what best buy has removed product review from my online page. and customer care saying customer can review only if you get an email to review. Complete unfair business practice. Be careful while using free Webroot with ASUS. Also ASUS giving lots of trouble. volume button suddenly gets disabled and you cant enable it no matter what. window page keeps flickering.

It is like having more "Dragons Slayer" video arcades then you can imagine. Cheap entry considering the .25 cents placed in the machines.
