I have had problems with apps loading (free and subscriptions). (One did work originally for 2 days then stopped) Each time I try to use them I continue to get error messages . I called each app company and they couldn’t find a problem on their end. They did however tell me things to try to correct the problem but nothing worked. I called Samsung and immediately they wanted to blame the app companies. They did proceed to tell me things to try to correct the issue. Once again NOTHING fixed the problem. They then wanted to blame my internet provider which I knew was NOT true. What they did not know until I finally told them is that I had purchased not one but TWO Samsung televisions and the smaller 32 inch worked just fine with ALL apps. The problem is with the technology of the television.and Samsung refuses to identify it or own it. I paid what they asked for this piece of garbage and they refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem with their product. The window of return has passedBUT I will be filing a complaint with the BBB .
