Don't waste your money

Anyway, haven't used it don't plan on it .. The trick is to not give them your credit card info then the less likely they'll trap you into forever subscription services

Very disappointed

By July 2024, the DC power supply stopped working. I had to pay for a power supply replacement at Best Buy. By August 2025, the computer stopped working. I had to pay $99 to Best Buy for diagnostics. Turning out the motherboard is dead. Honestly I don’t think I will ever buy any computer at Best Buy again. I won’t buy any HP computers again. I am very disappointed in both HP and Best Buy. By the way I tried to contact HP customer service but it went no where.
