Worthless card and terrible customer service

I tried redeeming this per the directions at the Microsoft Store and received an error message saying the code was expired. Tried again through the Xbox site and received another error message say the code wasn't activated yet. I called the customer service number and was transferred to 3 different people too try to get this resolved. At the end I was told I would receive a new code via email within a few days. Two weeks later and I have yet to receive a new code. Not the kind of treatment one world expect. Especially being a My Best Buy Total member.

The offerings are incredibly disappointing. The so-called 'perks' are nothing more than useless add-ons for free-to-play games. As for the game lineup, it’s flooded with 'indie' titles, which usually just means low-budget, subpar games. Honestly, it feels more like a money grab than anything else. And by the way, this code is only for first-time sign-ups, so it won’t work for anyone already subscribed.

Doom to GamePass

This conditioned their client base to not buy games. Now Xbox players get mad if a game comes out and it’s not in the service. It is not a sustainable business model.
