THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

To return the product, I spent two hours chatting with their staff & two hours taking a taxi back and forth to return it in-store + a $40 taxi fee. But I could have done it within 30 seconds if they allowed me to cancel my order online. I just don't understand why I wasn't allowed to cancel it after a few minutes I made the order but can return it afterward when I receive it. Is it just for bringing me a lot of trouble?
