Not only is the selection crap they go out of the way to make it incredibly difficult to download the games on the pc, Spent hours trying and required like 5 apps installed and still nothing and no support from them either. They seem to want you to play it streamed from them, Screw that. Never buying again unless they actually come out with some first party I wanna play on the console. If I wanna play on pc I'm just gonna buy it from steam or epic. How do you make it that much of a hassle that I'd rather buy the game then use game pass? Leave it to M$!

Is Best Buy wanted to thank me for buying a clothes washer from them, they could have given me a greater discount on the washer or given me list of "freebie" options to choose from rather than "gifting" me with something that is popular with the general population. P.S. I rated 1 star because I was forced to do so buy this site, otherwise I wouldn't have given it any stars.

It just kept sending me to the best buy website instead of xbox or showing me the activation code. This is why nobody shops here. This is why people only make once in 5 year purchases.
