THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

To return the product, I spent two hours chatting with their staff & two hours taking a taxi back and forth to return it in-store + a $40 taxi fee. But I could have done it within 30 seconds if they allowed me to cancel my order online. I just don't understand why I wasn't allowed to cancel it after a few minutes I made the order but can return it afterward when I receive it. Is it just for bringing me a lot of trouble? I'm a long time subscriber to xbox, but another month sweetened the pot because I do enjoy this service, I can't activate it because I'm a veteran gamer. NEVER for pc users

Not only is the selection crap they go out of the way to make it incredibly difficult to download the games on the pc, Spent hours trying and required like 5 apps installed and still nothing and no support from them either. They seem to want you to play it streamed from them, Screw that. Never buying again unless they actually come out with some first party I wanna play on the console. If I wanna play on pc I'm just gonna buy it from steam or epic. How do you make it that much of a hassle that I'd rather buy the game then use game pass? Leave it to M$!
