Everything was okay. But the duration of the battery is very short and also this type of computera should be more fluent and is not fluent it have a lot of glitches.

My sone loved building Roblox games unfortunately can not play Roblox bc of the creeps.

Product would be good if Microsoft didn’t pull a fast one. The thing was you buy this you get this free what they don’t tell you until small print is that you can’t use the one month of ultra if you’re already a member. Do better Microsoft it shouldn’t matter if you’re already ultra plus member

[Employee of bestbuy] Its ok, great for casual gaming, play some games but if you really like the game just buy the game on another platform. Streaming games is not worth it

The rating is due to the fact, that we do not own an XBox, so we're not able to utilize it. I'm sure that it's worthwhile but not useful for our household game system.

It came free with purchase. Didn't install as it was only a 1 month trial.

Two stars for being a free starter. Minus three stars for being something I don't want. This is kind of like being asked to review an old AOL CD back in the day which never got inserted into my computer. And by the way, unless it were something that I could give away to a gamer who already has an active account, and then that person would have 1 month credit they didn't already have, then this is just a promotion not worth any value. That's what it looks like to me, especially with "activation required."

Seriously, I don't know how to play games so I don't know when I will use it. Maybe my grandchildren can use it when they visit, I might like it so much and never get anything done.

I did not receive this with my purchase. I asked about it in the store and the employee walked away.

I hate the game pass, and that now that Minecraft has merged to Xbox I’m unable to access my original purchase of the game Minecraft because they insist that I pay for the monthly game pass which I will not be doing because I already own the game and that’s the only game that I want to play.

Cannot Activate - Getting the Following Error: "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code." Apparently this is only valid for new subscribers, so it's not a true free month of Game Pass. Feels bait-and-switchy.
