In store, via email, personally on store, chat with live agent, geek squad, telephone. There is no way to receive this item, all point to each other and I have 3 purchases with 1 game pass each not provided. It's a shame for such a big company to respond that way. Is this a scam to attrack customers? Anyone with same issue?

I dont own a xbox so it was not worth value to me as a ps5 console owner. Maybe try to add something with ps5 that would be awsome.

Bb has. Gone downhill fast and it’s going to shut their doors forever. Bring back rewards and free game membership, discounts.even GameStop still offers that.

Less than 2 years!!! I am disappointed because I bought a Samsung for its quality. Clearly I was mistaken.
