    Bought the game pass so my grandchildren and myself can try games that they normally don't play so at least we are all novices on the game and they enjoy watching grandpa fumbling with the controls and dying.

    Bought as a Christmas gift for my son, put the code in to redeem and found out the code has already been used. Contacted Microsoft, who verified that it was already redeemed by someone else. Got a case # from Microsoft who then said i needed to contact Best Buy and they are responsible for making it right. Contacted Best Buy, went through the whole thing with them, gave them the Microsoft case # and info, got a case # with Best Buy who then told me that i would receive an email from "higher up tech support" within 24-48hrs.....while i type this, it has been 10 DAYS NOW and not a word from anyone at Best Buy. In the mean time since this was purchased on my Best Buy card, ive had to pay my bill and i still don't have anything to show for it. I'm out my money that i spent on this and my son is out a Christmas gift. Real nice scamming people during the holidays Best Buy! YOU SUCK!
