Xbox used to be the place for gaming, with great value and good hardware. Once my membership expires I will not be renewing.

Do not buy, buy code in store instead.

Called Bestbuy they told me had to wait 24 hours while they would look into this. I followed up with them and this time they said they would transfers me to someone else, that person said I had to be transferred again. After reaching the 3rd person they told me I needed to call Xbox to make sure the code wasn’t used on my account. So after being on the phone with Bestbuy 45 minutes the first time and 35 minutes the second time they come back to me with contact Xbox. Will never be ordering digital codes from them again. Not to mentioned I placed the order at 1:03PM and didn’t received the code until 7:31PM and comes out as already used.

Now no one wants to give me a refund, Best Buy blames Microsoft and Microsoft says it’s not their issue. Save yourself the headache

You’ve got the option to download games on your Xbox or PC and play them even when you’re offline. Or, if you’re into streaming, you can play your games on just about anything - a PC, Xbox, iPad, or any phone with a decent browser, all thanks to xCloud. They’ve even got the new releases up there. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly, for anyone who’s into gaming or loves trying out different games, it’s totally worth it.
