It has been a good controller for us, but we have had it less than a year, and the rubber grip started coming loose and seemingly stretching. It was too expensive for this to happen so quickly!! I have tried to re-glue it. We will see if it holds.

The back has a rubberized grip. The triggers are also textured. The lines on the front of the controller are actually etched into it. The Gears emblem is shiny and also etched into the controller. Pick this one up.

Once you move past admiring the looks of this beautiful controller you move on to the physical. Like all other Xbox controllers it fits well in most hands and plays well. The grips on the back of the controller is what makes it great. There is a great feel as well as comfort to the grip locking you into many hours of great play.

It has been my Favorite controller since then. I love the contour and details on the surface of it, the grins and controllers and triggers are all high end, significantly better than even a regular standard controller. Really really impressed
