Got it with console, otherwise not cost effective

It is a better deal than paying $10 a month, but isn't as cost effective as the 6 month or year plans. For a little bit more you can jump to 6 months.

I paid already for the online support when buying the game and PS / WII doesn't require there subscription to play online. Not cool Microsoft!
