Horrible experience and execution of a product

It has been a while and i have to call, wait and chase you guys to get my digital card or my money back. I’ve learned that i will never purchase a digital item online through you guys again. Utterly dissatisfied with this feature. You guys should discontinue this practice because you are not efficient or effective. Im still trying to get my card or my money. Shame on you guys.

I wish there could be a way to have a "Universal" account when you have more than one Child on different gaming systems. Wishful thinking I know.
