Almost required these days to do optional game offerings. I do wish the cost was lower. Can be very costly depending system used and number of in family subscribers.

I was only going to go with the 3 month membership since it was on sale and came with the Xbox. But I was convinced by the cashier at the Best Buy I went to to go with the 12 month membership and am happy I did

I've had Xbox live for 7 years. I always buy 12 month subscriptions because it's the best bang for your buck. Gold let's you play online and gives you access to free games every month. Getting the code emailed is super convenient.

Membership is a must!!!!! Got it cheap at best buy. Free games every month!

The membership card is very reasonable price.I will be purchasing another one very soon. The card let’s you play games with other players.

We were able to activate the program with out any delays. My son loves it!

I bought this because it was cheaper than paying for Gold directly through Microsoft. The code was delivered quickly and easily.

Purchased the membership with the bundle I bought. Got a discount with the bundle I bought. Overall very happy with the free stuff I got with the membership like the discount on games.

I mean what can I say its a month of xbox live. So if you want to play online you need this. 1 month card is hard to find but I got it within minutes of purchasing via email.

There's no reason not to buy this if you buy and Xbox. Plain and simple this is the end all be all of the Xbox experience. Without it you are severely limiting your gaming experience.

Why wouldn't you waste money once a year instead of every month? Come on.

Having a membership all year is way better than buying 3 months at a time

I couldnt find the actual one year cards at store so i went online. Worked like a charm, its been one year and will purchase again now!

Highly recommended, This purchase was simple. I ordered it online and it showed up in my email within 10 minutes. I turned on the Xbox and just enter the code and Wala it was done

Easy to order and received it within seconds. A great way to keep the grand babies happy, especially when you don't always have the cash upfront to pay for one year in advance.

Didn't have to go to the store to get it. Online is awesome

It's worth spending the money all at once. Then you don't have to worry.

What more can I say. this card allows you to access all the great online material on Xbox. Buy it at 10 bucks it is cheaper than a 12 pack of beer and better entertaining and a lot longer period of time.

Same great product/service as always. If only they would starting selling the ultimate all access pass in yearly subscriptions, I could finally stop buying these...

You can’t own a Xbox and not have gold. Xbox Gold allows you to play online with friends as well as get free games every month. I definitely recommend owning a gold subscription.
