If I can get a year + 1 month for $50 or less when I need more Gold Membership then that's a deal. But I don't wait 'til the last moment anymore, I look for the $40 deal then I stack my Gold Memberships.

Yep, it's an Xbox Live card.

It's green and has a code on it for 12 months of Xbox Live, so if you're like me and have an Xbox device of some kind, then it becomes very useful when you want to have access to the finer things in Live. My only complaint is that the "GOLD" text isn't actually printed in gold coloring.

Great convenience

The price is right too... same price if not better than what's offered in the xbox dashboard. This method also saves me from having to enter my credit card info on xbox live... Thanks best buy!

Great for multiplayer, less so for rewards

Membership also gets you some nice discounts on current games (e.g. I got $20 off Forza 5). However, the free games they release monthly leave something to be desired. ...something big.
