What can I say? I like how Bestbuy will price match Amazon which I was able to do and get the card right then and there. Simply scratch the code and input it under 'redeem code' in your Xbox main menu and you're good to go

I recently purchased this card for my son to enjoy the benefits of gold and plan on giving it to him for his upcoming birthday. Having used it myself I can confirm its a great purchase and he will enjoy it just the same.

Purchased this for my son. He is constantly playing online with his friends. If you're a gamer you must have Xbox gold

So the norm now requires u to purchase membership to play certain games or to play online which I'm not a fan of paying extra. However, I've been told same goes with the PS4 so u really have no choice in the matter

Good so far. I was able to get some free games and I have access to some games only available to XBox Gold members.

Can't enjoy Xbox 1 games without Xbox Live. The games just work so well and playing with friends is awesome.

We moved from Florida to Kentucky, and My son gets to play games online with his friends from Florida . Plus he likes that you get a free digital game every month with XBOX LIVE GOLD yearly subscription.

Xbox Live is necessary to play games online and at least Best Buy had a sale on a 12 month subscription.

If you buy Xbox you should get this for the online play, cost is slightly cheaper for the 12 month card.

I asked Aikeem (Emeryville, CA store) about the deals and what not and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the said product. Would recommend going to him for your tv and gaming needs!

Games with gold make this an amazing value, nevermind the online multiplayer aspect of xbox live.

Best deal u can buy for whole year of gaming. If u pay per month then ur paying double. Plus it comes with download perks. And certain months could be on sale for an even better deal.

A Gold Membership is well worth the cost it unlocks all the "extras" for an even more enjoyable gaming experience. The free games that are available with the membership will pay for itself.

I'm not really sure why they don't just charge you for this when you purchase your game as most can not be played without it any more.

Being able to do one stop shopping for all my kids gaming needs at best buy is great. Easy to read directions with the card and son had the content downloaded in 5 minutes flat.

This is renewing another year of Xbox Live. I continue to enjoy connecting with friends and relatives online. What a great way to be able to play video games with friends miles away.

If you are on an XBOX 360 or XBOX One - you owe it to yourself to get Live for online multiplayer, but most importantly, the free monthly games. It pays for itself over the year.
