Ironically I had purchased the same three month subscription from another store to weeks prior and my friends sons had the same issue with their code. This is not it all reflective up on Best Buy which gives great customer service but reflects very poorly upon Microsoft

It is a necessity for my husband and his friends and keeps us from having to put card info on the game.

Will save you over $50 a year rather than doing monthly or quarterly payments on the Microsoft store.
