I'm 58 and had several mild strokes. This has put several restrictions to my left hand. I purchased an Xbox one X and with the 55 inch screen I'm able to play and the characters are close to life size. Then with having so many free channels we are never without finding something to watch at night or on the weekends. We are so pleased with the purchase. The staff have always been very helpful and pleasant.

I've been away from console gaming for the past several years, so I was completely surprised to see what the XBOX LIVE experience had become in my absence. While the interface can be overwhelming at first, Microsoft has truly done a fantastic job with making a cohesive entertainment hub! And the perks (such as free games, special sales, etc) really sweeten the pot for paying the monthly and/or yearly fees. This service is just as good as Amazon Prime (for a comparison)

We buy every year for our son. However Best Buy views as a gift card and can be frustrating that any reward certificates cannot be used. When I reached out to customer service I had a rep that was willing to meet my satisfaction and another that was terrible and stated we consider this a gift card multiple times Bad experience with best buy but the products easy to use and load for his game play.

We love having Xbox live for several different things. We love to use it for movies, playing online with friends and family.

Bought it for my son and it's awesome. Price match gave me a better deal in it and I didn't have to wait for it in the mail.

Microsoft makes you buy these things just to participate. Found at another location for cheaper than Best Buy was offering. Process (in-store) to price match was easy enough. Save time for the rest of the line behind you - have the webpage either printed off or pulled up on your phone ahead of time. For the price I got it, there's no sense in buying the 3-month cards, even when they're on sale.

Pretty simple - buy the pass, it's mailed to you fairly quickly, entree the code and you're good to play :)
