Great deal. Much better then buying off Xbox and you can use for Xbox x if you are downgrading from Xbox ultimate to regular gold. You just have to wait till your ultimate membership completely expires

Xbox live is far better than the playstation network, part of the reason why I switched over to an Xbox One S over the PS4. Xbox has better exclusive games, in my opinion, and Xbox live has much a more stable connection. Cant beat a 12 month subscription for $45 (when on sale).

I bought this cause you can carry over as much as 3 years with gold, for game pass. It's going to be cheaper by buying xbox live gold, the converting it into game pass. Up to 3 years

I'm considered old school and prefer hard copies of my games. This Xbox Live Gold pass is how I manage to play online with friends as an alternative to Game Pass Ultimate

I purchase a 12 month subscription to Xbox Live Gold every year. I feel that not only do I get my moneys worth on on-line gaining experience, I also get my moneys worth on the monthly free games offered by Microsoft for obtaining a Gold membership. Worth the investment.

This is essentially needed if you have an XB1 to take advantage of all the features
