Xbox live offering games with gold is nice, however it is still a bit expensive. Luckily got it on a pretty solid discount for purchasing it with a new xbone

You get 2-3 free game downloads. Titles change every month. You also receive discounts on digital downloads. Must buy when you purchase a console because you get a discount on this.

I would only recommend buying this when it is on sale, which happened regularly around the Christmas holidays. I did have an issue with redeeming the code, and I’m wondering if it was not activated properly in the store. It took much time and a long phone call to get the code redeemed correctly on the Xbox. It should not have been this difficult, and it went much smoother when I purchased the code online.

The game card worked as advertised and did indeed give me access to Xbox live, so I don't really have any complaints.

A must for any Xbox owner....most games require it and games with gold gives you $100's worth of free games. Worth every penny and look online to get pricematch for even better deal.

It's the best way to buy a membership for Xbox Live. Once a year and you're done. I love it because you do not have to use any credit cards online. And it's cheaper then month to month.

I would highly recommend getting 12 months instead of month by month Xbox live ! Saves you a lot of money! I’ve been buying this for over 6 years!

Auto-pay through Xbox is $12.99/month, so this is already a good value. But add in a free 3 months when purchased and it turns into a smokin hot deal! Very happy!

1/2 price for this on Black Friday yes yes yes Even though live is freee gold membership is not. Gold allows you to play with others and communicate talk to them

Got it on sale for $40. Required for online play but they give you 4 free games a month, plus access to better deals. Don't pay full price ($60) as it goes on sale multiple times a year.
