I bought this as part of a deal when buying a controller. Needless to say I have been gaming online more than expected, after starting a new job filled with gamers. Now with backwards compatibility, I can also play 360 games online on my Xbox One. Must have for those who want to play multiplayer online games!

Initially I was skeptic about Xbox Live Gold. I mean, after you already paid $ 500.00 for a brand new console, why should you still have to pay to play a game that can only be played online like Destiny or Titanfall. After the hacks that happened last christmas I could see how Microsoft responded better and faster than the Sony network, if you are able to catch these cards at discount you can average $5 to $8 a month for the service and if you add the "free with gold" games and discounts I think it is worth the money.

A great card for the benefit even though it only allow for a few months worth a service but for that price you cant beat it

I bought these cards because I only play Xbox live in short burst. They were on sale for $12.50 as well. These are a great value for people who only play Xbox Live a little.

I love this item because it allows us to use the Xbox1 for other purposes other than gaming. My children love it cause it allows them challenge and play video games with their friends who resides in other states; but I love it for the movie and music features.

If you are in a pinch with cash and need a little time before purchasing a 12 month get the 3 month. I would not suggest being more than 1 of the 3 month memberships in a year. It's much better to bite the bullet and pay for the 1 year if you have the cash
