Purchased this for 12-month Xbox Live Gold membership for my grandson since it would be much easier that having to purchase/renew it on a monthly basis.

Great product and much cheaper than buying through the Xbox itself. Nice to get all 12 months covered.

Usually the price is 59.99. I got on sale for 34.99. Averages out to about 2.83 a month. For xbox live that is around 2.17 cheaper a month. May not seem like much but with gold you get free games. Free does not always equal great but saving some money each month does. That is a little under 29.00 a year. In summary if you have xbox and want gold wait till it's on sale. Best buy I noticed usally does the sales around Christmas and start of summer.

If you like to purchase games but hate the high prices. This pays for it self. Every month with gold you can purchase tons of games at a discount in the Microsoft store.

Xbox Live gold enables you to play online with your friends on the best online service available. If you buy your service 12 months at a time like I do it only averages out to $5 a month. You can't hardly beat that to play as much as you want, and don't forget you also get four free games a month that you can play anytime, as long as you are a gold member. A great value for Xbox gamers.

Had to get for the kids at their home. They have so many to choose from with this.

It's overpriced for what you get when you compare a 12 month subscription at $60 so it's best to buy this on sale and that's when I recommend to a friend. Three stars only as a gift to someone else but perhaps a Microsoft store gift card so the person could pay the difference toward the 12-month sub.

I received a 3 month xbox live for $10 because I purchased an xbox one console. The xbox live is great to play on line with friends and have access to things you wouldn't normally be able too!
