Xbox Live Gold membership. Always less expensive to do the prepaid options. Also as a bonus got 3 months free. Highly recommend taking advantage of that.

I needed Xbox live and this is the best way to get Xbox live. I purchase the card and I have no problem getting my xbox live.

This is pretty basic online pass for Xbox One. It is required for almost all online games that I have seen. I bout 3 month because it was on sale but it would be better to have some sort of subscription. They promise some free games with gold, but so far those free games are monumentally cr4ppy and would not even be good enough to play on an eye phone.

I purchased a 12 month Xbox Live Gold membership for the first time on Amazon a couple years ago and I love the convenience. I typically use the "Online Game Code" option which provides you with a code you enter on your Xbox or within your Xbox Live account. This allows me to make the purchase and basically instantly redeem the code on my Xbox Live account. It's great if you need to quickly start, reactivate or extend membership without waiting for a physical card to arrive in the mail or without needing to run to the store to buy one. I also like using these prepaid cards or codes to pay for Xbox Live over paying with a credit card or debit card. If you pay with a credit/debit card Microsoft typically automatically renews it when your subscription is up. As a single dad I may not always have the required funds where they need to be when that happens. I don't like surprises and the associated fees that come with them. ;) I prefer not having a credit card linked to my Xbox anyway because it helps prevent fraud and the kids can't "accidentally" purchase something. WHICH MEMBERSHIP LENGTH SHOULD YOU PURCHASE? Xbox Live membership pre-paid cards/codes are available in 3 month, 12 month or 24 month subscriptions. I typically buy the 12 month and I'll explain why in a minute.

I purchased an x box one as a Christmas Gift and gave them a xbox live to be able to try out the new gift. They love the live card so they could play it on Christmas day.

12 months is the best way to go for the price, you end up saving so much by paying the year up front. You spend more than double if u only pay per month!

Bought this item for a gift. Best way to purchase live to gift it. The cards are right at the register when you check out. Can’t get any easier than that.

I got this with an Xbox bundle which saved me a lot of money. I would recommend getting a bundle of its offered, because gold membership is just another costly purchase.

Gives me the opportunity to play online. Nothing special about it. It works. Don't fix what's not broken, right?

This is great when you do not want to pay with your credit card, or you don’t want to attach your credit card to Microsoft. Also great to give as a gift.

Xbox live is the best console online experience. Xbox live is the only way to go. I had a PS4 and PS+ network. It's a hollow experience. My PS4 is now owned by GameStop.

I purchased for the hubby. He was paying $10. A month on line which comes out to $120. For the year. With this card it comes out to $60. For the year. Totally worth it
