$60.00 is cheaper than $10-$15 a month that XBox wants you to pay. I do not play enough games to justify the extra cost of the monthly one. Overpriced for me. This takes care of what I need. Besides I like to live in and enjoy life, not live it all the time in a game.

Microsoft - Xbox Live 12 Month Gold Membership is the best way to go if you play xbox live. First of all, it saves quite bit when you buy a year membership versus month to month memberships. Great if you play online or like to use apps on your television.

This is necessary for online play with friends but you will get at least 3 free games a month, and these are games you can play on Xbox One and also Xbox 360, so seriously it is a good deal. This card is what I get every year because it is the best way to renew if you are not comfortable with any kind of automatic renewal where I have to give them my credit card info, etc.

Got for $15. I'd rather purchase the 3 month cards @ $15 than buy the 1 year. I don't use Xbox Live during the summer months.
