Much better deal to buy 1 year

Never again

Despite paying for extended repair or replace the only option I was given was a gift card (strike 1). that Best Buy refused to turn into cash (strike 2). I then ordered a Amazon Firestick which came with a free cover. The next day I got an email telling me that it was on backorder so I tried to cancel the whole order but was told I could only delete the fire stick. They then billed me for the free item (strike 3) Upon receiving my order the Gold card had not been properly processed so it wouldn't work (strike 4?) they resent the card which did work. like I said NEVER AGAIN!
