Code doesn't work due to xbox moving from xbox live to gamepass, unable to get refund.

If you own/buy an XBox system, then you can't avoid having to buy the Gold Membership in order to get the most out of the games you buy. I hate being saddled with annual subscriptions, but at least the 12 month fee beats paying monthly.

Well, I did get the Black Friday $10 off. But other than that it's just a redemption card, redeem it and that's about it not much to say. It's a 3 because Microsoft should not be charging to play online, which is annoying.

I loved the option to have available to play with other people and stream, but I'm a lone wolf gamer and love the traditional disc buying. Still testing out, this was given as a gift for christmas to give me variety.

Great product, but bad malware functions. I really wish I had gotten the digital code. Now I can’t even play my games.

The product is ok. What is not ok is that like in my case, I bought the wrong card and tried to return it and it WAS IMPOSSIBLE. That is not fair.

Pay as much as you can for the Xbox one so that you can purchase games online at an over priced cost then make sure that you subscribe to Xbox live or you won't be able to use the games you have purchased. What a business model

Wish we didn't have to pay so much for the kids to pay on line considering we already paid for the game and internet and now we have to pay more to play xbox games with friends.

I have not bought anything lately because I feel like you should not have to get 250 points before you can receive $5.00 I'm very disappointed.

The best rate at which to renew an Xbox live account. However, when I bought the card, the cashier had to keep going to find others because most of the membership cards on display were not activated so it wasted my time.

This item is advertised as a gift card, yet I had to pay tax on it. (I actually gave it to someone as a gift..,)

I ordered two Xbox live gold one year memberships and had them scheduled for delivery. Everything was great until I found out that they only activated one of the two cards...

Not sure why this came up as a purchase the cashier told me i couldn’t buy this subscription with a gift card!! Now i guess I’ll have to recheck my paperwork now.

Got this for Christmas. Cannot activate. Best buy blames microsoft and microsoft blames best buy. How can a subscription card have an invalid token? Can't get help from either.

I like to use these cards instead of putting my credit card information on my gaming console. Three stars because the price is set. You can find a year membership cheaper if you look.

I'm still not clear why I need this product other than the semi decent free games they release.. do I need it to be able to chat with friends? I know Netflix and Hulu work just fine without it, and I appreciate that.

I never got it. It was supposed to come with my Xbox but never did. Support said they would send another one but I never got that either. I figured it would be a waste of time contacting them again about it.

Payed full price for 12month Xbox live. But it did come with a 3 month Xbox live membership on top so that was good. Too bad Microsoft is having problems because I still haven't been able to use them.

Not a good experience card had invalid number it was expired. try going to the store to returned it they said as soon as you scratch the code they wont that it back.
