I spent so much time trying to pick up the items from each store that i had to go mutiply times back in forth!!! Purchasing the items was no hassel. When they tell you a certain store has it and you arrive there to find out that is not so. Then for them to finally give you the item and its not been activated was not cool. Each store is quite aways from me too!!! Overall I will not be shopping online at best buy again!!!

C'mon dude, your lucky people still play console games. Most others have already begun getting gaming PC's to avoid just this. I prefer Xbox over everything. Instead they will automatically give you 3 months of game pass ultimate and you can't change it. You have to cancel your game pass to get 1 year live/gold.
