The card was a defect, we return the card twice it did not work on the third return it could not be return. We had deal with the company it self. They gave us the run around until I had to get harsh with them.

Xbox Live always has issues and you would think they would be fixing the issues right away since we're paying for the membership but no, they don't care.

So I pick it be card dumb cashier didn’t activate the card in store so how am I suppose to use it or I need my money back not paying for something I can’t use

Card did not work. Took back to store and exchanged it for another card that didn't work. Clerk at the store tried to tell me I was entering the code incorrectly (really?) Wouldn't refund my money.

My kid has to have this to play online and the price is just ridiculous. Being forced to have this by Microsoft after the cost of games and consoles. My last one. He can save and buy his own next year.

they never emailed this to me so i had to call many times in order to get this and the bonus code for the promotional offer so i wouldn't recommend buying this digitally from best buy.

Was hard to connect and took a long time. Also Xbox camera did not come with an adapter so could not use the camera purchased as accessory. And was told they don't make adaptor any longer

Microsoft does not allow the stacking of cards,bso you will not be able to use the code until your current subscription is almost expired. I would have waited to buy this had I known that.

Would not take back Xbox card ordered online but wasn't going to make it by Christmas so had to go and buy at store.wouldnot cancel online order

Was a waste of my money. My son tried to use it, and it wouldn't work. I now have to go through the trouble of contacting Microsoft to see about a replacement or refund.

My card would not allow me to turn on recurring payments and get 1 month free. This is making my sons Christmas very unhappy.

Needed live for console. Code was redeemed but account didn't show live. Got the run around from xbox and best buy. Had to purchase again.

They should offer some type of discounts on these cards during the Christmas sale. ..It would probably attract more people to store.
