Sad thing

I stopped by best buy to exchange the card and they told me they couldn't help. I was told to call Microsoft to take care of the issue. I was very disappointed with this situation.

I remember just having wi-fi and a router and you could play online. Now I'm forced to pay or not play. Just another way for this company to stay in our pockets.
