Doesn't work if your Live subscription is overdue

However I found out after purchase that you cannot use prepaid cards of any kind with Xbox if you have an overdue subscription. I read the fine print on this prepaid card and couldn't find any mention of this. So I ended up having to also purchase a renewal online. At least my next renewal is now in 2 years...
