Ok but conversion for Ultimate Game Pass was low

The kids love Xbox Live to play online with their friends. Figure this was a $30 retail value. Ultimate game pass runs around $15 a month. The conversion for this only covered one month of ultimate game pass, you figure they would give you 2 months but it was a freebie so...
