This model works well for all my basic needs. I bought one for work a few years ago and purchased this one for my son going to college.

This is cheaper then monthly and great to purchase as a gift.

X-Box has a new subscription that allows playing hundreds of games for $10.00 more per year which I did not know about until after I purchased the 12 month X-Box gold.

The pay for play system is a rip because you pay when you buy the units and accessories and games
