this sucks

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought a one year of live gold membership and when i entered the code (card is correct) it renewed something called ultimate pass for 5 months. this is useless for me since i only play fifa and the ultimate game pass has a bunch of games i have no need for but the point is i paid for something and got something completely different. i tried to contact microsoft without any luck and i do understand is not best buys problem but i could not get help from them either since its not a best buy issue,
