    Thrilled with this purchase. The Xbox One hardware is top notch and all of the games and apps make it my all-in-one entertainment device. The free games included in the bundle are the cherry on top.

    I got this and found it didn't have the insert for the Ori and the Blind Forest download code. I tried talking to both the Best Buy I got it from and Microsoft customer support. Best Buy said it wasn't their fault, there was nothing they could do and I should call Microsoft. Microsoft said it wasn't their fault, there was nothing they could do and I should call Best Buy. I cant even trade it in because Best Buy said this bundle was no longer in stock. I could get my money back but since I got this on sale($50 off) and all the sales are ended I cant get it anywhere for the same deal I thought I was getting.

    I put this bundle on thanks giving week. I can honestly say I'm so glad that I waited this long to get one. If I hadn't waited this long, I wouldn't be getting an awesome deal.

    Got for Christmas for son. Opened and turned on, it downloaded an update, and then never worked again. Would come on and show error E100. Immediately returned and was accused of tampering with the hardware or attempting to open the Xbox. They finally exchanged for the tom raider edition, but only if I paid extra $50. Very disappointed in both Microsoft, but mostly Best Buy.

    Xbox one, my requirements are simple. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime. You fail to deliver on theses simple demands. Might as well get a roku. There always seems to be a problem, I am constantly resetting my Xbox as the Xbox encounters odd errors and fails to be useful. The updates for the Xbox are endless and fail to improve the situation.
