both of my grandchildren were thrilled to see this under the tree...I suspect that the entire family will love it and enjoy it.....a great price from BB and I am secure in that I know that they will stand by my purchase

Just want to say I use to play games but had kids and stopped. If you had the old Xbox and want to get back in it can be extreme. Talk to q Best Buy employee and they can help you. It's easy as long as you are patient.

Excellent product at an excellent price! Extremely satisfied with this purchase and bundled games. I could not find a better deal prior to purchase, which re-confirmed my preference on electronics purchase of Best Buy!

This was an upgrade for my son. His old XBox 360 was already upgraded once with an external hard drive so 1TB will be good for a long time! He's happy with the bundle games too, especially the 30 games in Rare Replay.

I feel that this Xbox was a great value I felt after doing my research it's a lot of fun it's easy to use and I can't wait to add more games to it I use it almost daily when I get a chance and I think that anybody would get the hang of it and it's a lot of fun to be able to play the game with other people that are also using the same system.

The graphics are fantastic! Wow! But games are very memory-intensive. Definitely go with the 1TB, and consider upgrading to secondary storage in the future. Disappointed in the backwards compatibility list so far. They're adding new titles all the time, but some favorites are not available. As a result, I have to keep the XBox 360 as well.

My boys weren't begging for the one, but now they got it and the 360 is just another paperweight. Plus with the 1TB storage they're not wanting flash drives every time I turn around. They love it, so I'm satisfied.

This item was a Christmas gift to my 13 year old. He has been raving about how good the graphics are and how different it looks than the other game system he had. The one thing I didn't like about it was the prize.

This was a Xmas present. It is a good console and easy to hook up. Programming the second controller was confusing, but followed the steps and it worked well. My boys enjoy playing on it, maybe a little too much.

Purchased for my son who has been asking for one for quite some time. The setup was relatively easy. He can now play with his friends who also have the Xbox One. The Blueray disc player is an added bonus for us!

Great purchase. Came with 3 games and gift card which was nice bonus. Owned Xbox 360, but the Xbox One seems to be a nice improvement on already great product. Graphics, speed, and now included BluRay are great.

Bought as a Christmas present for our kids to replace an XBOX 360. They are very happy with the new system. Highly recommend the larger memory particularly if you have 2 children that use the system a lot.

Xbox one is such a step up from the 360 the graphics are so much better however i have many connection issues with the game servers of course I have made adjustments to our wifi with the increased usage

the last system i purchased was an original XBox after the fire recall. most of my friends have XBox live. this is perfect fr me to connect with friends to play games even if we cant be in the same room

Got my granddaughter this amazing bundle; and just had to help her "burn it in." She's much better than am I; but, one only gets better by competing against better players. I'm getting better every day!

This is my first Xbox product in a number of years, I love the speed and graphics of this new system, plus Best buy had a great promotion on it during Black Friday, I had purchased it several weeks earlier and they matched the lower price, love Best buy!

Was a way more advanced system than I had ever used to play so just setting up was a little difficult for me to understand but after a few questions set up and is very easy to use lots of possibilities

I bought this for my son for Christmas. I read a lot of reviews before deciding this was the best one to buy for the price. It has extra storage space for more games. He was very happy with this Xbox.
