I've had the XBox 1 hooked up for about 2 months now and haven't had any issues. I did notice when I opened the box that the top of the console had scratches on it. It was still in a factory sealed box so must have just gotten jumbled a bit in shipping but the damage is only cosmetic. It was the first thing I noticed when I pulled the unit out of the box but figured it wasn't worth going back to try to get a price adjustment or a different console. My bf set it up so that the Xbox controls the tv as well. We had it hooked to our cable box before and now a digital antenna and its proven to be pretty helpful, no more searching for the remote and you can use the smart glass app on your phone to change channels. The remote eats batteries like that's it's job... but we figured out that you can actually plug the remote into a cell phone charger plugged into the wall and it works just fine without batteries. Plug and play accessories can be pretty pricey so we've just been doing that until we find a good deal on one.

First one had to be returned due to a problem with the Wi-Fi linkage, but the store replaced the unit and the second performed flawlessly. Graphics are superb and it works anywhere in the house. Had to buy a better dual-band router though to make it work. This review is from a 73-year old gamer!

Maybe the Xbox One is not getting as much love as the PS4, but it is an excellent system. I wasn't a fan of the new controller, but it feels (and works) great too. The exclusives are what, in my opinion, make a console worth purchasing and you have plenty of those on the Xbox One. Give it a try!

This was a splurge present to myself for moving out, I love it. Use it for gaming, and Netflix, so easy to hook up and its very sleek looking. My sister thought it was the cable box lol

I finally traded in my 360 during a recent promotion. I already have a PS4 I got mid 2014. And to say there the same would be flat out wrong. Each is great in there own ways. The Xbox One has great tittles and this master chief edition though it requires a 80GB download out of the box (took 12 hours) is still a great deal. Currently though Halo 1 and its so great with its remaster. Multiplayer is now fixed and it gets you in a match in under 30 seconds.

Has many apps so you can multitask. Game play is sweet and much better than the 360. Good party chat and also great controller because of the high sensitive triggers. Headsets are able to be connected to controller instead of tv which is a great feature. Able to watch tv and go online also.

The first time i ordered this from best buy it got canceled because the store did not actually have the item. That was frustrating, but life happens. Once I picked the item up from another store, I was very pleased with the Xbox one. Everything works great and I got it for a great price.

Ever since Xbox 360 Xbox one was a must have. But I waited for the right time and the right bundle for purchase. Halo is a old game to play but it's still one of the best first person shooter out there. When I found out that halo master chief collection was bundled with the console I had to rush to bestbuy for purchase. I highly recommend this bundle to all gamers out there for a chance to relive halo in high definition.

The Xbox One Master Chief Collection Bundle from Best Buy was a great deal! The console system greatly exceeds expectations and allows for a totally immersive video gaming experience. With more power, better graphics, and a great selection of next-gen games, the Xbox One is a must-have!

I used to have an Xbox 360 about 3 years ago. Unfortunately I had to sell it due to financial circumstances. I'm a huge Halo fan and it was not easy giving up all the games I had collected over the years... However, now that I could afford the new Xbox One I decided to get in on the $500 deal Best Buy had for the system and a 40 inch Samsung TV. Very much worth it! The Xbox One is basically a 360 with a new interface, more efficient cooling system, and greater functionality. Oh, and the setup is quite smooth and easy. Even the batteries that came with the controller lasted me at least 4 weeks, and that is assuming I played on it (or watched videos on it) for about 2 - 3 hours a day.The actual Halo:MC collection game is a great choice for those who are driven toward the FPS limelight. There are several hours of content to watch, play, and unlock so you will never get bored. Overall it was a great deal and I'm just one of the lucky ones to have been able to purchase it!

The graphics are better than the former Xbox 360!! The game looks nice and are more detail with the expansion of a larger environment to immerse in. The Halo bundle is neat addition for anyone interested in First Person Shooter. The storage of 500 gigabytes is enough for most gamer.

This tv is awesome,the color and graphics are superior to other brands.

Got this for my girlfriend as a price match from Walmart and gotta say that I can't wait to get mine. The controller although it runs on batteries it feels very nice on the hands. It includes 5 games and plus with the incoming backward compatibility makes this a great purchase.

My boys wanted this to replace their Xbox 360 and they have been very happy with the picture clarity and ease of use. I appreciate that it also replaced my blue ray player, including the wifi access to things like Netflix. This is a great all-in-one machine that we all enjoy.

The Xbox One is the latest entry by Microsoft in the game console arena. This bundle includes the Halo collection which is a downloadable code. Its a pretty big download, but includes Halo 1-4 in one neat package. Recommend you include an extra controller when purchasing.

I was going to purchase the Xbox one as soon as a game came out that I wanted badly enough to force me to upgrade. The Master Chief Collection was that game. Very happy with console features and performance so far..... PS four will wait for Uncharted or Last of Us sequel.

I was ready for disappointment when I read all the reviews with this system not making all their games in full 1080p but quite frankly, you can't even notice. Such an improvement from the previous generation systems! Graphics are amazing and the games all run smoothly!

Decided it was finally time to pick one of these up, due to the additions made with the release of Windows 10 and the backwards compatibility announcement for Xbox 360 games. It won't replace my gaming PC and I don't feel the Xbox exclusives are on the same level as the PS4, but I like the media controls with Kinect, the streaming to PC and the ability to play games from the previous generation.

Bought this with recent trade in deal and it was a steal. Have a PS4 also so this goes for both consoles. They both need more games because the pickings are slim. Graphics are great. Downloading all of the Halo games takes a long time and takes up a lot of disc space.

I now own both "next" gen consoles. My preferred console is so far is still my PS4 but I Purchased this Xbox One bundle because of the value. I like some of the things Microsoft seems to be trying to set their console offering apart from the PS4. Now here is my pro's and con's. Pro's If you have ever played any Xbox console prior the new controller is just a dream. The look of the console itself makes it seems more "living room" ready than the PS4. The ability to plug your cable into the Xbox One and run the cable and guide through it shows Microsoft's focus on being the center of your entertainment experience. Now the Cons The software even though it reminds me of Windows 8 which I enjoy, the console version of it is very clunky and what take me just a button click on the PS4 almost seems like a chore for the Xbox One software. Now I know they are updating things with Windows 10 which I have been pleasantly pleased with on my laptop but the current software makes this a con for now. The size of the console. It's just massive. It's heavy and I won't be moving it around much. All in all I think Microsoft is showing that they want to evolve this console and that's why I finally purchased one. I hope my faith in them is rewarded. I like the Master Chief bundle as it takes me back to the old Halo days. If you're looking to relive some of your youth with classic Halo games then look no further than this bundle.
