Unfortunately for Microsoft sony made a ridiculously good system in the ps4. As an owner of both i have to compare. The ps4 menu system is easier and quicker to navigate and less laggy. Ps4 also has slightly better graphics. However the xbox had the better exclusives over all and the more consistently good games. Sonys edclusives are mostly failing. So if you want a system for multiplats, go with ps4. If you want the edclusives go xbox.

As a longtime 360 user, I recently made the conversion and am quite happy with the decision. The system runs smoothly and I like the built in WiFi and large storage space. I only wish it were backwards compatible with more games.

Great product which I already knew.. But the salesperson who helped me was great. There was a promotion Xbox 1 500gb. And a free game new game. He did not know of any promotion. And I showed him the website and no questions asked got me all set up with quickness.. Thanks BB Williston,vermont

Wasn't aware that this wasn't backwards compatible with XBOX 360 games, but still a solid system.

I brought this console when it was on sale I had a best buy reward certificate and you received any game free. The deal was excellent and so was the sales associate. But the next generation console is only next gen because the two big console companies says so. I still have my 360 and there no real difference but you have to upgrade someday.

Great selection of games, the game DVR is great for sharing with your friends. I especially like to share clips with my friends to remind them of that time I dunked on them in NBA 2K15. With all the updates Microsoft is constantly pushing out, the Xbox one keeps getting better and better.

This is actually my second Xbox one in addition to a launch console. I've got so much to play on it I am back logged for about six months. I use this as my main media device all video and games in my house go through one of these. Never had an issue with either console since November 2013.

As a media center, the XBox One is great. The ability to run live TV through the console works well and the snap-in feature is awesome. As a gaming console, it's not much of an improvement over the 360 (though it no longer sounds like a jet engine is about to take off in my living room). Game downloads are extremely slow, and the games themselves are just ok. I hope as the game library grows, so will my opinion of the console.

I love that Best Buy now price matches everything. I have wanted to buy from them for a while but when you can google something and get a better deal it makes it hard too, but now I can get the great price at the store I love!

I bought this for my 10 year-old nephew. He was able to set it up and start playing right away. The "free" included Halo was not the real deal. My nephew LOVES this game. My only warning: the online game interaction needs supervision, as it allows for "instant comraderie" with strangers.

The xbox one and samsung tv have provided to be a great addition to my college dorm room. I have played hours of fifa and madden on it with my roommates and also watched a movie or two. The package deal is definitely worth it and I recommend it to anyone who is considering buying one.

You've seen enough reviews to make your own decision which console you want, but after not having one for a long time, having a modern console is pretty sweet. It's a full entertainment center wrapped up into one little box. And the master chief collection is a must have for any gamer.

Well it is an amazing product and I am very happy.. with the second one. It seems as though the first one I bought had this very loud, obnoxious sound that would not cease. It was unbearable. Though best buy exchanged it happily and let me check it in store before getting all the way home again. So yes I'm super happy. Though I do think all the defective models should be completely removed from stores and the market.

So far so good.. Enjoying Halo games that came with system. No issues thus far. Good graphics.

I love the Xbox One. I love the interface and the exclusive games much more than Playstation. My only complaint is that the new system seems forced. The graphics, play, etc are only marginally better than what the Xbox 360 offers and the games are mostly available on both systems.

Finally caved and bought an Xbox One to replace my Xbox 360 (moved it to the kids' room) I like how integrated it's become for all my entertainment in the family room. I don't do as much gaming as I used to but this is all around better than the entertainment experience I had before

I hooked up my Best Buy XBOX ONE console with HDMI cable for 1080P viewing, wow, what a experience for this long time gamer. I waited for the HALO series for XBOX ONE and was surprised to see this was included in the XBOX ONE package. Winner....much more to explore with this unit.

The Xbox one has better graphics than the Xbox 360. Should have purchased it a lot sooner.

I thoroughly enjoy my Xbox One. I can watch Netflix, Hulu, WWE Network, YouTube, and Amazon Prime Video from it. The controller doesn't aggravate my hands after hours upon hours of playing games. And with a Gold subscription I have access to free games each month - how cool!
