Kids love it

I have had some issues with the system locking up and have to unplug it to fix it. I called tech support and they advised this was normal. I don't understand how that can be normal.

When xbox Halo came out I decided I'd purchase it. It didn't disappoint. I'll still be buying the new releases in ps4 but there are enough xbox games to make it worth it.
