If you’d like to use your XB1 just like a computer, social media, search online, etc then this is a no brainer. I’d like to keep it feeling like a console with the gamepad so I ditched the actual keyboard for this. Works just as designed and fairly priced.

Headset included! I was not aware of that, so it was a pleasant surprise. Product is the perfect size and is comfortable. I never remove it from the control. I have not noticed an increase of battery drain with the product attached 24/7. Highly recommend.

I've bought two for a Xbox One S controller. The first was very difficult to install and ended up shoving the controller's chatpad connector further inside the controller's chassis. After getting an RMA from Microsoft and purchasing another chatpad, the second chatpad installed without issue and is working well

I use this for Elite Dangerous and is amazing for that. It does add a little weight to the controller but overall isn't too bad. My only complaint would be the software update for the controller, it took several attempts to get it to go through.

Did not know it come with a mic and headset. Nice.

One of the biggest problems that I have whenever guests come over is getting them logged into the Xbox. Everybody has their own specific and often very long password and it's very difficult to get it right. This product fixes that problem easily.

The chat pad is must have accessory for the xbox one. It is a mini keyboard that attaches directly to the controller. It lights up, so you can use it in the dark. It works for all features on the xbox one (edge, messaging, entering codes, etc...).

This is actually my second chatpad first one hit the floor so I highly recommend getting a warranty. This will definitely make life easier on Xbox when replying to messages or expecially if you play GTA and you need to make those comments in that phone

The box isn't very clear (or it wasn't) but this chatpad also includes a set of Xbox One Headphones. Those usually are about $20 by themselves (maybe $15). Anyway; worth it if you hate typing on the fake keyboard and didn't purchase an option with the Kinect.

disappointing that it does not have a mini usb inlet to plug speakers in with.

Overall it does what it says my only downside is that the keypad is not evenly backlit, and you have to VERY firmly "wiggle" the chat pad to make sure it has best contact with the controller or else you get a constant popping when plugging in the headset from poor connections.
